Service Designer & UX Designer

I have recently finished my master degree in Design at the Oslo school of Architecture and Design.


For the past few years, I have been specializing in service design & UX design. I am not only passionate about creating digital product experience, but also designing the overall experience that engages with customers across multiple channels. In practice, much of my work has centred on aspects of healthcare provision.


I enjoy being involved in the end-to-end design process from strategy to implementation, strategizing and building things that are user-centric and technically feasible.

Working with the Allianz internal agency (Allianz X) to improve and develop internal start-up projects 

  • Worked closely with project managers and developers, redesigning the UX of several products based on the user testing 

  • Collaborated with senior designers to redesign the branding of Allianz X

  • Responsible for a design research project focused on improving internal communications

  • Plan and facilitate the Acceleration Days workshop to build business ideas

  • Workshop with service designers in Mayo Clinic for the project “How to have the end-of-life conversations in  hospital” 

  • Mapped out the overview of this project, and improved the end of life conversation game of “The Gift of Grace”
